Saving your User ID means you don't have to enter it every time you log in. Only save your User ID on your personal computer or mobile device.

Recover your user ID and password Enter the last 6 digits of your card or account number as well as your Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

If you don't recognize the user ID on the login page, you can clear it by selecting the box and using the backspace or delete key. Then enter user ID in the box.

Note: your Online ID must be Unique and available. It cannot be same as your social Security number check card number or passcode.
